20 YEARS OF IMPACTFUL REIGN OF EBUMAWE OF AGO-IWOYE, HRH OBA ABDUL-RAZAQ ADESINA ADENUGBA
Twenty years ago, precisely 8th May, 2004, a new chapter was opened in the annals of Ago-Iwoye, as His Royal Highness, Oba Abdul-Razaq Adesina Adenugba ascended the throne as the 5th Ebumawe of Ago-Iwoye.
The ancient town of Ago-Iwoye was ecstatic, and expectedly so, as indigenes and inhabitants of the town rolled out the drum in a spectacular way to celebrate the long awaited installation of the youthful Oba Adesina Adenugba from the Okokodana Meji Ruling House, who was 48 years old at that time and one of the young monarchs to be enthroned in the history of the town.
