Boss breaks down in tears as well-behaved apprentice graduates

A Nigerian boss sheds unstoppable tears during the freedom ceremony of her well-behaved apprentice whom she described as a unique and irreplaceable gem in her life.

A video making the rounds on social media captured the emotional reaction of a woman who gushed over the impeccable character of her apprentice.

According to the female boss, she never once received a complaint about the girl and efforts to find a replacement have since been impossible.

While praying for her as she passes out to become her own boss, the apprentice could not hold back her tears either.

“I looked for someone like you but I couldn’t find, I looked for a good apprentice like you, but I did not see. You always look after my things like it’s yours. I never received any complaint about you from anyone instead people tell me how good and respectful you are,” she said in part.

The video has since generated a buzz on social media, garnering praises and accolades from netizens who applauded the apprentice.
