Every good I did was translated with evil” Jasmine Okafor mourns Mr Ibu with emotional note, reveals his promise to her
Jasmine Okafor, the adopted daughter of late Nollywood actor, John Okafor better known as Mr Ibu has taken to social media to mourn him.
In a lengthy post on her Instagram page, she noted how the good deeds she did for him were translated to evil and were paid in hundred folds with evil. According to her, the hatred was from the same people who weren’t there for him during his trying times.
Expressing how heartbroken she is, she stated that he always promised her that the day he would speak, the world will listen, unfortunately, that day is never going to see the light following his death. She revealed that amidst all the allegations against her, Mr Ibu never talked down on her and had appreciated her till his last moment.
Jasmine stated that the pains he endured in the last few days, he did it with a smile. However, she wouldn’t mourn his death but the pains he had to endure as he had undergone 15 successful surgeries.
