Homemade Low-Fat Bisquick Mix
(makes about 5 cups)

Ingredients
3 ¼ C All-purpose Flour unsifted
1C Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
½ C Cornstarch
¼ C Sugar
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 ½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda

Directions
Mix ingredients together.
Store in an airtight container.
Use lowfat or skim milk to moisten.
Use in place of biscuit/bisquick mix.
