The Immediate Past Executive Chairman of Southern Ijaw Local Government Area cum Technical Adviser to the Executive Governor of Bayelsa State on Local Government Affairs, Chief (Hon) Kia Ebidoughebofa Nigeria, graced the marriage ceremony of Miss. Blessing Umo Matthew of Ikot Eyo of Nsit Ubium LGA of Akwa-Ibom State and his Chief Security Officer (CSO), Comr. Tombra Allen of Opuama Kingdom in Southern Ijaw LGA of Bayelsa State at Ikot Eyo of Nsit Ubium LGA of Akwa-Ibom State.
