On behalf of myself, my family, and the entire well-meaning people of Akuku-Toru Constituency II in Rivers State, I write to express our sincere congratulations to you on your recent appointment as the Coordinator of the Abuja Metropolitan Management Council by the President of Nigeria, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Your appointment is a testament to your exceptional leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to service. Over the years, you have made significant contributions to the development of our nation, particularly in the areas of business, politics, and philanthropy. Your diverse interests and extensive experience in various sectors demonstrate your ability to excel in any given role.

We have observed your remarkable achievements as the then chairman of the Rivers State People’s Democratic Party in 2013 and your subsequent re-election for a second term in May 2016. Additionally, your previous roles, including serving as council chairman of the Ogba-Egbema-Ndoni local government area and as the national chairman of the Oil Mineral Producing Areas Landlords Association of Nigeria (OMPALAN), have further solidified your impact as a leader.

We also acknowledge your significant contributions during the 2015 elections, where you demonstrated unwavering resilience in your determination to ensure the election of His Excellency, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, my political godfather. Your appointment as the sole administrator of the Rivers State Waste Management Agency in June 2015 further attests to your exceptional abilities and dedication to public service.

I, Hon. Lolo Isaiah Opuende, and my team are confident that your appointment as the Coordinator of the Abuja Metropolitan Management Council will bring about positive transformations and developmental strides in the management and administration of Abuja.
