…Called on the I.G of Police not to be used by desperate politicians to cause crisis.

…Said the syringe company in Akpor Kingdom will be opened by Sir Siminalayi Fubara.

The Chairman of National Youth Council of Nigeria, Rivers State Chapter and South-South zone, His Youthfulness, AMB. Chijioke Ihunwo has stated that the Chief of Staff, Rivers State Government House, Rt. Hon. Ehie Edison and others that was declared wanted by the Nigeria Police Force are innocent of the crime they are accused of, saying that the Nigeria Police, Rivers State Command has made an arrest concerning this matter and charged some persons to Court, wondered why the police will wake up and declare someone wanted when the matter is in court.

The Chairman made this assertion when he spoke at Ogbogoro, in Obio-Akpor local government area of Rivers State, during Sim Movement solidarity gathering.

“My friend and brother Rt. Hon. Ehie Edison and others who were declared wanted by the Nigeria Police Force are innocent. We are in a country where people will wake up and declare people wanted. The people who killed this man were arrested and charged to court by Nigeria Police Force here in Rivers State. As a youth leader in Rivers State, I made a statement that we are supporting the police to fish out those elements and they were arrested and charged to court, and today, they are declaring an innocent man, a man who didn’t do anything wanted to say he killed a DPO.”

“Rt. Hon. Ehie Edison and others are innocent people. I want to call on the Inspector General of Police not to be used by desperate politicians to cause crisis in this country. Eight years ago you said Ehie Edison was a good man, why now are you saying he killed a DPO,” he asked.

The Chairman called on the people of Akpor Kingdom to be steadfast in their support for Sir Siminalayi Fubara, stressing that supporting Sir Fubara will bring the dividends of democracy to the people of the Kingdom, especially opening of the syringe company that was shutdown by the last administration.

“I call on the people to continue to support the Governor of our State, Sir Siminalayi Fubara the man whom God has said will be our Governor at this time. Ikwerre people have govern this State for sixteen years, this is the time to support another tribe. The Governor is flag-off of numerous projects in the State, Obio-Akpor will not be neglected. We have a syringe company here in Akpor that wasn’t opened for eight years, the governor has visited there, very soon the place will be opened for people to be employed,” he said.

In his remark, the Special Adviser to the Governor of Rivers State, Hon. Solomon Abel Eke said the Sim Movement is an era where people benefit from their efforts, calling on the people to continue in their support for Sir Siminalayi Fubara as their efforts will not be in vain.

The leader of Sim Movement in Akpor Kingdom, Hon. Ibe Nwonfu said under the administration of Sir Siminalayi Fubara the people of Akpor Kingdom will not regret supporting him. Asking why the threat of arrest if Wike is on ground. Assured the leadership of Sim Movement in Obio-Akpor of absolute loyalty of the people of Akpor Kingdom to the administration of Sir Siminalayi Fubara.
