Stuffed Shells
1 Box Large Pasta Shells
1 Pint of Ricotta Cheese
1 8 oz package of Cream Cheese (softened)
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
1 Cup Drained and Chopped Spinach
4 oz Goat Cheese
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Egg
1 Minced Green Onion
Topper: Marinara Sauce
Here’s how to put this amazing dish together
Cook the shells until tender…While shells are cooking combine rest of ingredients (except for the marinara sauce) Mix together well.
Remove shells from water and let cool then stuff with mixture placing them in a baking dish. Cover the stuffed shells with Marinara sauce and top with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes
