THE SAMOA AGREEMENT
The Samoa Agreement is the overarching framework for EU relations with African, Caribbean and Pacific countries.
It focuses on six key priority areas to tackle the main challenges over the next two decades:
1 — Human rights, Democracy, & governance;
2 — Peace and security;
3 — Human & social development;
4 — Inclusive, sustainable economic growth & development;
5 — Environmental sustainability & climate change; and
6 — Migration and mobility.
