WIDOWS IN OBIO/AKPOR LGA CELEBRATE EASTER IN GRAND STYLE AS SIMPLIFIED MOVEMENT DISTRIBUTES FOOD ITEMS, WRAPPER AND CASH.

It was a moment of lit with an atmosphere filled with gladness as widows in Obio/Akpor LGA eulogies the leadership of the Simplified movement for putting smile on their faces.

The host Hon. Solomon Abel Eke, Special Adviser to the Executive Governor Of Rivers State On Power encouraged the women to be steadfast and committed in their support for his excellency, that it will not go unrewarded.

The leader of the SIMplified Movement in Obio-Akpor local government area, His Youthfulness, Amb Ihunwo Chijioke said that the distribution of the food items is to appreciate the widows especially at this time of Easter, for their efforts and contributions to the state and society.
He further urges them to advise their children to shun violence and join hands with the government of the day in delivering the dividend of democracy to the people of Rivers State.

The NYCN boss also noted that the gift is coming from what they got from the administration of Sir Siminalayi Fubara the Executive Governor of Rivers State, while urging the women to continue to pray for the governor.

The leader also promised that the gift will not be one-off but an exercise that will be done quarterly.

High point of the event was a prayer offered to the leadership of Simplified Movement in Obio-Akpor and to His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara the Executive Governor of Rivers State.
